“The job was managed very well and we received the product very fast, however I was a little disappointed as I thought this was the same item I had ordered previously but the quality of my original product was amazing whereas this one was much cheaper looking. This could be because I chose the wrong item, but the perspex is very thin and wavy and does not have a drain at the open end which we were expecting. My previous Canopy is made out of a very strong perspex that looks like glass, and the brackets are very strong as well.”

“I ordered over £300 of products and unfortunately there were several damaged items. They were not damaged after delivery. It was not possible to unwrap and check all of the products when delivered (over 30 items all well wrapped but not quick to undo - also at 5m long they are awkward to manage and even more awkward when not 'paired up'). Also, due to the building inspector requiring a small amount or rework on the roof there was a delay in installing the items (but this did not result in them being damaged on site) - this meant I was outside of the short 7 day window so I am stuck with the damage which will require reordering products at extra cost and paying for another delivery charge too.”

“The items arrived in good time, and appeared to be in good shape. However, when the wrapping was removed both fascias were damaged about 1m.70 cm along the lower edges. There isn't any damage to the wrapping adjacent to the damage. However, luckily I managed to finish the job having cut the damaged areas out. 12 " in either direction and things would have been very different.”
