“Most of order was the quality as expected. However, one of the peices of guttering had a kink in it. Fortunately I was able to cut off the piece with the kink as I did not need the whole length.”

“In summary I am extremely disappointed by the poor level of customer service that I have received since placing my order. No one has accepted responsibility for the delays in the delivery. Ive wasted a full day of my time waiting for a delivery that was never going to happen as the cladding at 5 metres long was to long for the Tuffnell delivery vehicle. Facias blaming Tuffnells and Tuffnells blaming Facias for not keeping me informed. When Tuffnells did deliver only 3 of 4 parcels were delivered, and they had no idea of the location of the missing parcel. I won’t be in a rush to order from Facias again in the future.”
