“Poor service when I returned the goods. They said item was damaged but it never got out the delivery truck. And was refunded the incorrect postage amount. My own fault really for not checking out local businesses. A bit of a slippery company”

“After ordered the skirting, it came a couple of days later, well packaged, no marks. The product was needed for a particular tight curve in a bay window , that was causing a problem after plastering, this skirting followed the curve easily no splitting, giving a professional finish ( why bother steaming wood? ) Looks great! Will buy again.”

“Very poorly packaged. Left outside on my drive with some of packaging fallen off. I sent an email with two photos attached and haven't even had this acknowledged. No card through the door to say it had been left outside. Expected a more professional service. Very disappointed.”

“Half of the batch was damaged when we received it ! Emailed you on the day which was Friday last week & no response as yet so rather dissapointed if asking ! We needed it at weekend so had to hunt round for more at the weekend ????”
