“I ordered 2 x 5mtr lengths, both were damaged on delivery. I did not require the full 10mtrs and managed to cut out the damaged sections.”

“Ordering was easy. Delivery was brilliant. Communication excellent throughout the process. Unfortunately the photos of the item were a bit misleading, as it looked as if the whole window sill was golden oak. Turned up and only the top and front was covered. A better description and photos would be good. All in all a good experience and it will teach me to gather more details before ordering items.”

“My order was misplaced by the transport company so it did not arrive in time. Took a whole week to receive my complete order. Transporters did not turn up when they said they would. Trying to get in touch with personnel at Master-Plastics is a nightmare - no one picks up the phone even if you let it ring for 5 minutes. When you do get in touch with one of the two people that work there they say they are very busy. I did suggest they ought to employ more staff if they are that busy. I don't think I will order any more material from this company. The only good thing is that the two people I spoke to are very friendly.”

“I purchased 16mm uPVC Replacement Fascia Board 175mm to replace the existing bungalow timber fascia. Excellent product at a competitive price. Staff were very courteous and helpful, even called me back when I had a query. What surprised me was how quickly I received the order. Highly recommend Fascias.com, thank you.”

“Shocked on how bad the delivery service is. Order lasted Thursday for a next day delivery. It still hasn't arrived and it's Tuesday midday! I've called fascia.com, I've called Tufnells the delivery company and just getting fed such rubbish excuses. I'm so angry I have no words left. I'm having to chase both companies and everyday my package is late from I'm getting fined by the managment company that are hiring my company to carry out works. I'm now currently down £750 since Friday (bare in mind the delivery turned up on Friday but they never had the item as it was too big for the truck) and can't see anyone paying for this apart from my own pocket. I'm fuming. I'll never buy from you again. The worst experience ever for such a simple order. Let's see if someone ever calls me back after I send this review.”

“Whilst the products were first rate the delivery service was abysmal and cost me a day off work, 1/2 a day lost on Saturday not too mention the disruption caused by not having the products on time to complete work on a local scout hut as planned. The latter meant 15 people being turned away from helping as the planned event could not proceed as planned as we had no materials. I would strongly recommend using a different courier to Tuffnells”

“I purchased two Marley concertina doors from this company & was pleased by the speedy despatch and communication. On receipt of items one of the doors had been damaged in transit. Instructions on reporting faulty goods was enclosed and this was most beneficial. I telephoned the company and was treated with the utmost courtesy by Mr Rob Moore. All I needed to do was email some photographs of the damaged item & supply my purchase reference. Within 10 minutes of doing this I received a reply from Rob confirming that a replacement part would be sent out to me. The replacement was delivered the next morning creating a swift resolution to a problem caused in transit by a third party. I am very happy to recommend this company and their Marley products, particularly the Black & White Forest door (my other purchase). The excellent level of customer care will certainly encourage additional purchases.... Thank you Mr Moore.”
