“I am sorry to say that the delivery service has been terrible. Tuffnells gave us a delivery date that they didnt achieve and still havent. We received 1no of 3no boxes sent on Saturday by a very not helpful delivery person and we are still waiting for the 2 other items to arrive. Not very good service at all. I know this is a sub contracted company used for delivery of your items but at the end of the day we contract your company to deliver a service and this is not being done efficiently. We are waiting for the other items to be delivered and we have no information whatsoever as to where they are not why they only delivered one item when the vehicle used was clearly big enough to carry the other two items. C Avery”

“I wouldn't say that facias.com is very good - I would go as far as saying 'EXCELLENT'! I ordered fencing posts on the Tuesday and they were delivered on the Wednesday. I had a few emails due to sizing and they were answered instantly - I highly recommend Facias.com as a company that cares about your order. Thank you facias.com!”

“In my experience, fascias.com are a very helpful and efficient company. Their prices seem to be very competitive too. Being a novice in u PVC matters, I phoned the company to ask a very basic question. I was half expecting the sort of response many of us have to endure these days, but I was very pleasantly surprised to speak to a very friendly, helpful and well-informed member of the team. On placing the order, delivery was a day ahead of expectation. If I ever need more items of this sort (which I probably will), fascias.com will be my first port of call. Highly recommended.”

“Unfortunately we had problems with our order. Only half of it arrived and we are still waiting 4 days on for the second half. The items that did arrive were excellent and Rob from Fascias.com did ring and apologise for the carriers mistake and was very helpful, but even so this has delayed or job. Hopefully this is a rare occurrence, whereby I would recommend this company.”

“Ordered the Fascias, soffits and trims on-line at a very good price. Confirmation e-mails of my order kept me informed regarding delivery times , which was very quick. My order arrived with good protection and packing of the product and I am very happy with the quality of the materials supplied. Based upon my experience, I would be happy to use the company again and would have no hesitation in recommending Fascias.com to others. I have rated my experience as Very Good, but If there was an "Excellent" rating on this page, I would have used that. Mr J Lawton”
