“**AVOID THIS COMPANY** I ordered 43 items from Fascias.com, was told it would be despatched within 24 hours. I received 3 items two days later, all of which were damaged and unusable. I spoke to them and they sent out replacements which I received. I was told all remaining items would be delivered but when delivery arrived it contained only two items. I am currently waiting for nearly 40 items for a job - I am trying to contact for a refund as the service is terrible - I will buy from a local trade in future, don't waste your time and money!”

“This is the second time i have ordered materials from fascias.com (masterplastics). The materials are very good quality. The ordering on the website was easy after having done my research thouroughly. The wait for delivery on the first order was a bit frustrating because I needed to push on with the installation. The first order because it was bulky was delivered by their own transport. The driver was efficient and punctual and we offloaded very swiftly. Howeever the second order delivery was handled by Tufnells. My experience with Tufnells is not a good one. Their customer services is apalling. I have ordered building materials from northern suppliers and 8 out of 9 deliveries came the wrong day late and all orders had damaged materials. This order delivery from fascias.com was no different. I waited in all day waiting for delivery by Tufnells but never came. After phone calls to Tufnells local offices order came next day and once again the poly sheets were damaged on the edges but luckily enough the damage was on edges that I had to cut off during installation. So Fascias.com alright as a company but why they use Tufnells I don't know!!.”

“Hi, I have used this company before for things like a front porch, polycarbonate roof panels and various small parts when I lived in highland Scotland some years ago and the service was great no parts missing!!! . I needed some pvc trim 5 metre long and I was very pleased to find they sent straight lengths not rolled up as some companies do this makes fitted so much easier . Top marks”

“Easy to negotiate website and ordering process. Very prompt dispatch and delivery, it turned on the day they promised. One minor issue with an item missing from the delivery but sorted out straight away with a quick phonecall and the offending item was posted the same day!”
