Ordering was easy. Delivery was brilliant. Communication excellent throughout the process. Unfortunately the photos of the item were a bit misleading, as it looked as if the whole window sill was golden oak. Turned up and only the top and front was covered.
A better description and photos would be good.
All in all a good experience and it will teach me to gather more details before ordering items.
