“Excellent service, the best price and quality products. I have no hesitation in recommending Fascias.com - my only reservation being the courier they used - Tuffnells. I had a very bad experience with an aggressive driver, delivery to the wrong address, and one of the boxes delivered was part of someone else's shipment. I had to make several 'phone calls to get the driver back with the rest of my order and Tuffnells would not answer or return my calls. They have so far ignored my written complaint.”

“Excellent service. Very efficient - only problem was the delivery man did not follow my instructions and although I was in when he called, left the loft ladder in the garden of a house of people I don't know several houses further up the road. However, the ladder and I were reunited and I am very pleased with the ladder now it has been fitted Juliet Gardiner”

“I had to phone up to chase the order after 8 or 9 days and it was then delivered within 48 hours. It would have helped that if there was a delay in fulfilling the order for some reason then the order status could have been updated on the website rather than just saying 'processing' for 9 days particularly as the website leads you to believe that deliveries are fulfilled within 2 or 3 days. Other than that, service was good and products came well wrapped and protected in bubble wrap.”

“Ordered a load of gutter brushes , waited a week to discover , they had not ordered them and didn't have any in stock . To add insult to injury ,I was told it would take up to five days for a refund . Really disappointed”

“I have bought from Fascias.com twice. On the first occasion an item was broken in transit and replaced immediately. On both occasions the delivery was reasonably quick. Consequently I will be using them again.”
