“Item arrived in damaged presentation box , was promised replacement presentation next day which never arrived . This was a gift for my father which was completely ruined by the lack of attention by Farr at & tanner and their trusted courier . Was given a 50% discount which to be honest did little to improve the whole experience . Promise the world but do not deliver - literally.0”

Hi Jason, i know we were unable to get a replacement box out to you in time for the one that was damaged in transit but as the glass had remained intact the partial refund was to accommodate the damage to the presentation box. We generally do have very good feedback on our next day service, unfortunately every once in a while there may be a problem, which we do our best to resolve. i hope the gift was enjoyed despite the crumpled edge to the box. “Bought as a gardening gift set with engraving on for a 50th Birthday present so not sure how good they work. But they arrived within 2 days with the engraving on and in a nice presentable box. All 3 tools were flick knives. Only time will tell if they last. Thank you.”

“Great products, very quickly delivered and the engraving was a nice touch. The corkscrew looks brilliant (it was a gift). My only comment was that the pewter wine coaster was surprisingly small. It does fit on a bottle but looks very slightly 'mean'”
