“I was looking for a pre-wedding gift and found the product I was looking for by F &T. Simple online ordering and service (in fact I'd made a typing error regarding the engraving that was spotted and checked with me before carrying out the work on the item). I will definitely order in the future when looking for quality personalised gifts.”

“Ordered the classic No.8 Opinel gift pack engraved online and followed up with a phone call to ensure price not included as sent direct to gift recipient. Very helpful gentleman was able to locate the online order and assure me that this would not be included.I had not realised that a sharpening stone was not included, and he offered to add a small stone free of charge. The knife gift pack with engraving and postage was quite expensive so was really happy with that gesture.”
