“I had to cancel an order due to a miscommunication meaning my daughter and I ordered the same item. I rang Farrar and Tanner to explain the situation and was promised a call back. Within 15 minutes I received a call confirming my order was cancelled. I received a full refund minutes after. The Customer Service was second to none! When my purchases arrived, they were very well packed and the quality was excellant. I would use this company again without hesitation.”
