“DHL didn’t deliver in time or even close or to the safe place. Left directly in front of front door in full view of street which anyone could have picked up. When I contacted DHL after the delivery hadn’t arrived on time they told me it wouldn’t be delivered that day with no time or day of when delivery would happen. My daughter just happened to go out and it was sitting on the doorstep. Totally unacceptable”

“EVRI are a nightmare. Message told us delivery time, then "Delivered" then following business day we were given atime and then another time and then suddenly delivered. Ruined our plans for the day. Not the first time this has happened with them, althought the local delivery guy seems good and far less arrogant than his predecessor. Why not use somebody else - we don't have this problem with anyone else!.”
