“Although I recieved the goods in a reasonable time frame - this wasn't without it's issues. The parcel was sent without having my door number stated on the address! I was contacted by the post office to ask me my door number before they could deliver it. I checked on my account with you for the billing address & it appears to be ok. So, although I did recieve it - a rather expensive item could've easily gone missing! Please can you look at this issue. Once recieved - I was very happy with the goods”

Hi Peter, We're glad to hear you got your order and you're happy with it! Having checked your order I can see you did not enter a house number on the shipping address, you only put the house number on the billing address, which is how the issue came about. Kindest regards,
