“Beautiful leather washbag and super speedy delivery. Only one small issue would be the personalisation - you really wouldn’t notice it unless it’s pointed out! Could possibly be darker than the actual leather to stand out.”

“The product is of good quality leather,sturdy & smart. The delivery was very poor. Not their fault, but Evri's fault. They delayed deliver by 36 hours, so I couldn't make use of the product on the day I was hoping to use it. I guess next time I will save the additional postage that I paid for next day delivery because it wasn't 'next day' but the day after. Well, to be honest it may have two days or more.”

We wanted to clarify a couple of points regarding delivery: We use DPD for all our deliveries, not Evri, so the delay you mentioned was not related to our courier. Our next-day delivery service has a 2:00 PM cut-off time. Your order was placed at 15:05 on December 13th, which means it was dispatched the following day. According to the tracking information, your order was delivered on December 15th, which is within the advertised delivery timeframe. Kind Regards, Farrar and Tanner
