“I ordered custom champagne flutes for my son's wedding. They never arrived even though we received notification that the package was ready to be picked up at the location that their shipper left it at. We tried contacting the courrier that the shipper sub-contracted this out to. We contacted the shipper who told us there was nothing they could do as the package was lost. I tried SEVERAL times to contact the store itself and all I ever received was an "I am so sorry for the inconvenience, we will look into it", yet no one from the store has ever gotten back to me. I am very disappointed that these glasses (even if they ship another set out) will not arrive in time for my son's wedding because it has taken them so long. Really poor customer service”

Hi Maureen, Thank you for taking the time to accept my phone call this afternoon. I am very sorry for courier issues and the time it took to get a response from us. As the parcel was awaiting collection, we were awaiting a response from the courier for this information. I do apologies for the time it took for us to receive this information. As discuss during the call, we will engrave and dispatch new champagne flutes today on our international express service to arrive within 2-3 working days. “I recently ordered an engraved Leatherman kit for despatch to Australia. I simply cannot believe the excellent service from start to finish. The website was extremely easy to navigate, the item was reasonably priced, free postage (I paid a little extra for express post) and it arrived in Perth West Australia in under 7 days. Item was exactly as described, beautifully packaged and expertly engraved. The company, the courier and the process was well above expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.”

“Amazing customer service. I originally bought a pepper mill which arrived without a box, so I gave it only 2 stars as it was a christmas present. Upon contacting customer service, they immediately sent a replacement box, so I am very happy to amend my review to a 5 star service!”
