Hi Sam, I am so sorry to see this. I have checked your tracking and can see DPD did not deliver in the expected timeframe. I will raise this with DPD as it's totally unacceptable and I am very sorry. I have issued a refund on your delivery fee. I can see delivery has been rescheduled for today, please let us know if this does not arrive today and we will organise a resend or a refund in full. “Quick delivery but very poor quality item (chess timer) more than double the price elsewhere (£75 v's £35 on other sites). Only ordered due to delivery promise as was for a Xmas present. Will be returning the item as one of the clocks does not work, but probably would haveanyway due to poor quality of item. Clearly a company that offers things massively overpriced Very disappointed”

The price is determined by the manufacturer; so I am sorry to hear you feel it does not live up to the quality of the clock - I will pass this feedback onto the relevant department. We have a free return service on our website, please use that so you don't pay for any return postage. We can issue a full refund once it is returned. “The item has not yet arrived so the promise of pre xmas delivery simply isn't worth the effort. Couldn't be more disappointed as ther gift wasn't and still isn't in the hands of the intended recipient. Will never trust this again.”

Hi Martin, I am so sorry for the disappointment. Your order was placed on 23rd December and you selected Standard delivery which is 5-10 working days. We did have a Next Day option available to choose which would have arrived on Christmas Eve, I am really sorry if you missed that.
