“This was a fantastic experience overall. I like the products made available for purchase & I like the online shopping experience, it’s unique. Unlike other experiences, exemplifies ‘get what you desire & check out.’ The only improvement I would suggest, delivery. I simply would like that experience to mirror fedex, they only send a delivery receipt (in my exclusive experiences)”

“Fast, efficient & very high quality. I contacted their Customer Service concerned my selected gift would arrive on time. Not only did they achieve that, but they also imparted some very kind words when they heard I was having a hard time. Can't recommend Farrar & Tanner enough, the person receiving the gift was delighted.”

“Delivery was good. Spoke to a colleague about a query I had. The response from Jacqueline was very good just what I needed, she was very polite and helpful. It’s my daughter’s 50th birthday, I wanted a gift for her she wouldn’t expect. I think we’ve got that. I would certainly recommend Farrar and Tanner and I would use them again. Thank you.”

“Packaging was great. Delivery was quite on time. Couple of points which could have made it to 5 star rating for me 1. Since this was a gift it would have been great to have a provision of a gift bag I required to carry the whole box but yeah, I could manage that somehow on the public transport. 2. This is quite important as when we selected a script a text on the folio confirm position was somewhere in the bottom corner but apparently when we opened the box it turned out to be at the centre of folio which was quite not the same as it was shown when ordering and as well the website does not show how it looks on a chosen colour. Product is good and my friend liked it receiving as a gift. probably might have more feedback in some months when it will be put to its use. Thanks!”

“The bread knife was a gift for my son in laws birthday, I buy him one type of knife each year, he loves them. I paid for a 3-5 day delivery but it arrived at his address yhe very next day. Great service”

“Whilst the service and delivery of my order went smoothly , the product I had ordered was far from the quality I had expected. The steak knives in the cuttlery set could barely cut through a slice of corned beef let alone a piece of steak. These were to replace an older cutlery set of the same brand which had lasted for years. It's a shame that the quality hasn't been maintained.”
