“I was pleasae with all the items that I ordered. The napkin rings look really good. the knife is one of the sharpest knives that have used. The ear muffs and the travel mug are part of the Christmas presents for my daughter. I think they look good, hope she likes them”

“Item was exactly as expected and made a very good gift. There was an issue with poor condition of packaging when delivered, but this was an issue with Royal Mail handling not the company. When I contacted them via the online form about the state of the package on arrival they responded the same day to seek further information and investigate. Luckily the product itself was not damaged so did not need to be returned, however I was very impressed with the customer service and am confident that if there was an issue it would have been resolved quickly and without fuss.”
