“Customer service put the phone down when I asked about billing, leather creased at the bottom left corner, and the engraving on the leather is practically invisible”

“The wine and packaging were excellent, We were very pleased with our purchase. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. The purchasing part of the website is not the best and could be made clearer. More importantly, it is not possible to include a mesage with the item that was a gift. I think this is a major shortfall.”

“I am so very happy with my leather bag, it is just what I wanted in size and shape to hold my refillable water bottle, phone, keys and a few bits.I know it will change in colour over time but that is part of its charm. It's really well made and was delivered very promptly.”
