“Bought a replacement Swiss Army knife (engraved) for my Dad after the one I gave him on the day of my wedding was lost. He was absolutely devastated. I ordered him a replacement with the same engraving and it arrived within a couple of days. He was so happy with it and although I haven't seen it yet, he says it is wonderful.”

“The outside of board is as expected, inlaid with shell and wood and is very pretty. The inside (backgammon board) however is most definitely not ‘inlaid’ and looks like the pattern is only printed as it’s completely smooth (also does have a rough lumpy fault in the varnish). As the backgammon board was the reason for purchase, it’s actually really disappointing.”

“Sue and Josie were fantastic. There was an issue with Royal Mail delivery but they sorted it immediately by sending out guaranteed next day with DPD. I would definitely recommend and use them again in the future thank you both.”
