“I have purchased the leather document wallet for my husband for Christmas. It arrived in nice packaging and the personalisation on it is lovely. It smells lovely too. I'm looking forward to giving it to him at Christmas. Thank you.”

“After ordering some personalised brandy glasses, I expected the items to look like the image displayed on the website - they didn't. The font was much smaller and the position on the glass was much higher up making them look weird. I pointed this out to customer services and was told it's because I placed my order via my mobile and their website is not set up for online orders via a mobile. Only offered a refund of the engraving or store credit despite this being the fault of Farrar & Tanner. I didn't get what I ordered but still had to pay for it. Not impressed and will not use again.”

Hi Steve, I'm so sorry for the disappointment. The engraving did not match what you were shown on the website, and you should have been offered the choice to return them, I am sorry about that. “Was disappointed and wrote a review as my jewellery box hadn’t arrived when promised and as it was a Birthday present for my friend however It arrived today and the Royal Mail apologised as it was their fault. On opening the package I am so DELIGHTED with my purchase the quality, colour and packaging was second to none. Please accept my sincere apologies for the first review. I will definitely return to the Farrar & Turner in the New Year when looking for gifts etc.”

“Ordered steak knife set for a Christmas present. I had it gift wrapped and this review is on the ordering and gift wrapping only as it hasn’t been given as the gift yet. Ordering was easy to Navigate, the gift wrapping is lovely and it was suitably wrapped for posting as well.”
