“This was my second time shopping at Farrar & Tanner and I was deeply impressed by the courteous service, specially taking in consideration that I was having difficulty in talking (I shopped by phone) due to an ilness that made conversation rather difficult) but the girls talkng to me on the phone were patient and helpful. And I had other call 3 times as later remembering something I missed the first time. And the goods were deliverd within 2 days! That beats Amazon, hands down and hats off!”
