Handle on all 5 knifes came away . Lovely when turned up but unfortunately lost the outer grip now. Would not recommend these now.

Can’t fault the speed of delivery however having received the product it’s very poor quality. Probably never going to buy from you again

The XL gardening gloves I bought were far too small for a man, though sold as men's gloves. Obviously no one your end had tried them on. Waste of a purchase. I wil try to find a female or chlld to take them.

After ordering some personalised brandy glasses, I expected the items to look like the image displayed on the website - they didn't. The font was much smaller and the position on the glass was much higher up making them look weird. I pointed this out to customer services and was told it's because I placed my order via my mobile and their website is not set up for online orders via a mobile. Only offered a refund of the engraving or store credit despite this being the fault of Farrar & Tanner. I didn't get what I ordered but still had to pay for it. Not impressed and will not use again.

Purchased a globe for £50 and at the top of the globe you can touch it and it feels soft as though not made properly. Disappointed but too close to Xmas to send back now.

I have no idea how good the knife is seeing as it hasn't arrived (after over a week). They use Royal Mail service who keep claiming they will deliver and then don't and now have lied about attempting delivery, so I have no clue where my item is.

Warning – very bad experience! I ordered a water thermos, but it was not as described. I returned it after getting a return label, but they stopped replying to my emails and I never received my refund, even after four months. Very disappointing and feels like a scam. Avoid this site!

We have not had any emails from the email address on your order; I cannot see any emails we have not responded to. The problem was not with company, but was delivery. I still didn’t get my package. The package was delivered to the wrong address that I could not track it.

The order came damaged after I contacted customer service and mentioned it was a gift and I would like it to be in good condition, they assured me they always handle their orders with care. Not suitable to give as a gift

Good Morning, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to see that the box arrived with slight damage to the outer packaging. This unfortunately must have happened in transit as it would have not of left our warehouse in this condition. We have offered a partial refund of 10% .

I had a complaint about the lack of luxury in the luxury wrapping which has not had any response so hence the one star. Unfortunately, I have not been able to give a rating on the item purchased as it is wrapped as a gift.
