“My order was not delivered first time as the Royal Mail lost it. Farrar & Tanner customer service were outstanding and made sure I received my purchase the next day. Sometimes things go wrong out with any businesses control but the mark of a great Business is what they do for their Customers and reputation when something goes wrong.
