“Googled ‘the best belt’ and Farrar & Tanner popped up. It really was the best belt I’ve ever bought for my husband. Arrived as promised just in time for Christmas with a catalogue full of quality ideas for next surprise gift. Belt was a winner, great value, high quality and keeps his trousers up”

“Amazed next day delivery included Sunday so very impressed by customer service. Packing was adequate but maybe a bit more protection for glass would be ideal given that some couriers seem to lob parcels.”

Hi Abeigh, I am very sorry to hear that the wrong item was sent. I can see we replied apologising for the error and offered a couple of solutions. We were unable to send the correct item as it was out of stock, which I think is what led to the mistake when sending your order, so my colleague offered a partial refund to keep the alternative colourway, or a return for a full refund. “I was originally delighted that my parcel arrived quickly, but then found out the wrong product had been sent. I did get a swift response to my email and submitted photos of the wrong product as requested. Now I am waiting for the issue to be resolved and waiting for the correct product to be sent to me. Sadly, I have missed the chance to give it to my son as the Christmas present he wanted to take with him on his New Year skiing holiday. I gave 2 stars only for the quick delivery and quick response and will be happy to upgrade this review if I get the correct product quickly and without further stress.”

“The item has not been delviered as DPD have stated a problem at the Bristol Hub and cannot get it out for delivery . As of 28th December still no idea when the item will be sent out.”
