“Ridiculous. The most expensive and biggest part of my order was not delivered and I’ve been sending photos and emails for 7 days trying to find out where it is and when it will arrive. They’re asking for photos of the box and delivery document and even of the item that didn’t arrive, all photos I could take were sent already, then nothing. £110 down and a week later I’m going to have to go to the bank and try to cancel it as a last resort. Dont waste your time.”

Hi Michael, I am so sorry for the trouble. I can see my colleague did resolve this on 29th December and sent the missing part of the order. I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused and that things took a little longer to process than expected. I totally understand the frustration and I am very sorry we did not resolve it quicker. “Brilliant service. Ordered and delivered within a couple of days - a couple of days before Christmas! Packaging kept the parcel protected and was environmentally friendly. Big tick for me for that one. And the belt I ordered is lovely. I’d definitely order again from Farrar & Tanner.”
