“The product (a backgammon set) is exactly as advertised and what we wanted; it was fairly expensive but is very good quality. Ordering was easy, delivery fast and well organised. Happy to recommend F&T and product.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service. My item arrived really quickly but unfortunately it was the wrong item. Within 48hrs of hours of contacting them, the replacement had arrived and the problem fixed. The wallet itself looks fantastic and very well packaged and presented- perfect for the gift. Would definitely but from here again.”

“Exceptional service. Slight hitch with a wooden wine box as a special birthday gift.Spoke to one of your staff, who put the whole matter right in minute’s.This was around 1530 Friday . “I ordered this beautiful jewellery box for my daughters graduation present and it did not disappoint. She was so pleased with it and the device was brilliant. I placed my order approximately 1pm and even though I had a personal engraving on it , it arrived the next afternoon. Brilliant customer service. I would totally recommend this company”

“I have just purchased and recieved the Leatherman Surge which was engraved. My son, who is a qualified carpenter that loves all his high end tools, was over the moon when I gave it to him.
