“Not sure why I was asked for a review of flower bulbs as I recently purchased bare root plants? The items from farmer Gracy are always well packed for transit. Communication from the company, is good. Plants usually thrive but occasionally I have had one in a batch fail.”

“Ordering from the website was easy except that the date of delivery was not given until after payment was taken... so I found out that my plants were not going to arrive for several weeks. They then arrived 2 days after I went away... who knows what state they will be in when I get back...”

“I've been ordering from Farmer Gracy for a few seasons now and I just love them! All the orders are beautifully packaged in brown paper and communication about postage is excellent. The order comes with wonderful instructions in little booklets for each - great to keep for easy reference. I've now got a little collection of the cute little postcards that are also included which I'm going to frame for my gardening room. My biggest praise comes from my latest order which had a problem. I used thier problem page which allowed me to quickly and easily tell them about the issue and upload photos. They offered fantastic, kind customer service and replacement bulbs arrived quickly. I recommend them to everyone as here in France no one provides the choice and complete package Farmer Gracy does, it's like receiving a Christmas present when your order arrives!”
