“When I ordered my plants I was under the impression they would be potted up, so disappointed that they are bare root and I have a lot of work to do. For your information I have stage four bone cancer and wish now I had gone to my local plant nursery to get the plants I need, So thank you farmer Gracey for NOTHING! I hope this helps other misinformed customers”

Hello, We're sorry to hear that the product supplied was not what you were expecting. We supply a small range of potted plants, some bare root plants and a large range of flower bulbs. We find that dormant bare root plants travel better than potted plants. We mention on each product page how the plant is supplied, e.g. bare root, root ball or bulbs and apologise if this wasn't clear. “The plants I received were in a very poor condition so I e-mailed and received a quick response. After sending photos I was given a refund for the worst plants and advised to repot the others. I will carry on using Farmer Gracy as anyone can have bad day and they deserve another chance. All the bulbs I have had from them before have been excellent.”
