“I didn’t receive what I ordered I got a different order which was only for 3 items when I had order a lot more different things. I have emailed a complaint hooking to get a full refund as I don’t want to wait another could of weeks to get my order”

“Disappointed with the size. One pack of alstroemeria only had two very small tubers in it. Too soon yet to comment on quality of eventual flowers but hopeful they will match the advertised picture. Ordering and delivery worked well.”

“I bought 9 more Geums late in the season because the ones I got last year have done so well. They are covered in flowers now in early May and have been for a few weeks. The new ones are doing very well indeed in their temporary pots in the conservatory. Can't wait for them to be in the garden showing off their pretty little 'prettycoats' By far the majority of my plants over a few years have done very well.”

“Unfortunately took a really long time to arrive and more than half look like they’ve died in transit. I’ve planted them and we will see what happened. I don’t think I will be buying bare root plants from here again. I’ve bought bulbs before and they did better”

“Thank you for replacing the plant that was dead on arrival the one that was sent is just as bad. the people who are picking the orders want to look what they are sending. My opinion is i have wasted my money on plants that are not fit for purpose .If i could load the pictures i would send it to you . Once again thank you for your time in sending the replacement which i think is a lost cause for growing ..Regards John”
