“My order arrived two plants short. I contacted Farmer Gracy immediately. They never responded. Very disappointing customer service . Did not think the quality was great”

“I got 2 mixed pack of dahlias they were packaged well and lovely tubers potted up straight away and already within 4 days I have small shoots on 2 of them very happy as l have never grown dahlias before. Great service thank you.”

“The dahlia tubers arrived safely thank you and were of good size and quality as well as packed safely. My only concern was that although I didn't expect immediate delivery, I did email to check on delivery as I was expecting more communication about delivery dates. However, I did receive a prompt response which was fine. Thank you.”

“There is an expression "it does what it says on the tin!" I must say that saying applies to you in every way. Detailed instructions of how to plant etc, Packages arrive almost to the hour. First time I have ordered from you and it won't be the last.”

“Bare root plants that require potting before planting. Well packaged with attractively printed information folder. Unfortunately Evri delivery in my area is unreliable and I contacted Farmer Gracy who were brilliant and resent my order which was delivered on time. First box did eventually arrive but not in a good condition although some may survive. I'm looking forward to seeing how the plants develop as I've not had bare root plants delivered before.”

“I’ve just received my begonias that I planted yesterday. I purchased tulips from FG which now look amazing. My begonias will hopefully appear after my tulips go over. I order from FG on a regular basis for my clients who are always happy with the display of floral colours.”

“I have recently started ordering from this seller. Unfortunately my last order came with just a small bag of compost and no roots. I am waiting replacement. But saying that I would still recommend them. My complaint was dealt with instantly. I will be ordering from them again.”
