Hello, We are sorry to hear that you have issues with EVRI in your area and for the service they have provided. They are trying to improve their service and we do take your feedback on board. If any bulbs arrive wet then please open the packs and allow them to dry off on a tray or similar, in a well ventilated but cool location. They will not be affected by becoming wet, and allowing to dry off will prevent any mould developing. If you find that any are in a poor condition then please do let us know.
