“As regards feedback, when you confirmed delivery by end of February when confirming the order, I expected that date to be real and made arrangements accordingly. I checked subsequently and you provided a useless bot email response. My order arrived this week when I am away for six weeks. In an age of easy communication methods, everything still depends on accurate underlying information. So accurate information in the future and an improved responsiveness to emails. Thank you”

I have been really impressed with the communication, the packaging was excellent and plants were all very healthy and starting to bud. “As someone who knows little about plants Farmer Gracy is a very informative website. Not just bulbs but plant roots too. Lots of help available which is very handy. “I use Farmer Gracy as one of the plant suppliers for my new garden venture. The website is great photos plus hints and tips on how to prepare, plant, and the aftercare of your purchases. The plants themselves are good quality, well packed and delivered on time. I am very pleased with the quality, price and condition of all the bulbs, perrenials and trees that I have invested time, money and effort in, and would recommend them. There is often little personal touches in the packages as to who actually picked, processed and packed your items, nice in this day and age where so much is efficiently but soullessly automated.”

“Ordered bare root plants unfortunately they were kept at the local Evri depot for 7 days before they were delivered looked rather dried up on arrival. I’ve soaked them for hours and planted them in pots and I’ll see what happens, so I can’t actually comment on how they survived yet.”
