This is my first time of ordering from farmer Gracy site. I have found my recent order of bare root varieties excellent up to now having potted them up. They are a good size bare root, not like some other sites I have used.

Farmer Gracy bulbs and are roots are such excellent quality. I award 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Always delivered in eco friendly packaging, along with planting instructions, and pretty little postcard photo's of flowers. I've only ever had one problem, and it wasn't Farmer Gracy's fault, it was the couriers. But it was sorted out with out any fuss. Look out for special offers and free postage, these are often available. Well done Farmer Gracy. I'm planting my dahlias today. 🌺🌸🌼🌻🏵🪻

What a selection! Not just Begonias, Dahlias, Glads and Busy Lizzies, but all sorts of other glorious things, the likes of which I have never seen before. They are reasonably priced, but as they come from the Netherlands, can take some time to arrive. They are always in good condition and everything I have bought so far has been a good doer. They also include some beautiful postcards in the package, several of which I have had framed and put on the wall as a bonus.

The merchandise is of a high order and it’s packed well . Right now I’m replacing my garden and a major frustration is having no advanced delivery date . I find the lol up system unhelpful . Evri varies greatly and I’ve been on the very best of their worst with product suffering extended delivery times . Why can’t I key on my order number and find out what’s going on? Despite everything the product and range is good so I’ll be back blood pressure permitting . Thanks for the opportunity to comment .

The Hostas were very well packaged and in very good condition when I received them. All of the bulbs and plants Inhave bought have been in very good condition.

Poor communication regarding shipping at time of purchase stated end of February and conveniently when I chased them middle of March regarding my order they were shipped that day. On arrival the majority of bare roots already have growth which is wiltering and some bare roots when bought as a 3 the 3rd is minute in comparison. Ordered from here previously with no issues so not sure what’s happened it is a shame and would make me question buying from here again

Shipping times are estimated because it depends on harvest times - plants must be harvested in the correct conditions so they arrive in a viable and healthy state. The bulbs arrived perfectly packaged. The shipment was complete with information brochures full of practical advice. The offer of the online shop is very wide and detailed, with excellent prices. Highly recommended!

Bien reçu 1ere commande. Avec un bémol. Manquait un produit. Dommage car commandé depuis plusieurs semaines d'où mon incompréhension. J'attends la deuxième livraison. Pas de date de précisée. Dois-je relancer ? Sinon l'emballage est super mignon. J'attends aussi de voir la pousse de ces jolies fleurs.
