“Bought bare root plants , the courier lost them , but after a message to Farmer Gracy they were replaced straight away , good condition when they arrived looked excellent, potted up and wait to see how they grow on”

“The hydrangea cost £19.50 and it was delivered out of its pot , compost all over the box and it was a 4cm twig .. absolute rip off .. I have emailed to complain but no response as yet”
