My order did not arrive, I have emailed and have no response! I want a refund and I’m so disappointed.

I ordered three varieties of Agapanthus from Farmer Gracy. I unpacked them immediately and found that 2/3 of the shipment was completely rotten and unusable. The Agapanthus "Stockholm" may survive, some of the roots were rotten but the plants may recover. However, the "Umbellatus" was rotten and the "Fireworks" as beyond rotten, it was actually disintegrating and soft and slimy. I sent 2 pictures of the 9 Fireworks in a tray, just a pile of rotten, slimy roots, no green shoots, no healthy roots. I suspect that the only thing that will survive is the free tote bag. I eventually received reimbursement for the "Fireworks" but no reimbursement for the "Umbellatus". I have now sent three additional emails with no response. Not sure where to take this now but will not be buying again until this is resolved.

I ordered 3 bare root Gaura, I’m not sure they will be brought back from the dead! They were so bad I couldn’t tell which was the root. They were soaked in rainwater for 5 hours before planting in pots, but I don’t see any sign of life yet. Disappointed.

Peat free but also plant free! I know they sell bare roots but evidence of a sprout on my hosta at least! I ordered a hosta last year and was great. Perhaps they’re busy and they’re sending smaller portions. Other suppliers send proper plants for the same prices. Delivery slow too

I ordered an altilbe plant about 10 days ago in error. I messaged to cancel 40 seconds later. But 4 days after they dispatched it so I told them again, he was reckoning 40 seconds after purchase was too late and dispatched it days later. Very weird comp.. But THEN it arrived so I rejected it!! Phew I thought as its useless to me.. I was relieved it was going back as I'd asked to cancel it, but I get an email from the seller saying he's resending it!*!? *!? *!? I've emailed back 3 times asking what the heck he is doing messing around basically but I've heard nothing, so second time round I'll be rejecting it.. The guy is insane!!!!!!

Half of the plants I ordered were absent from the box. 📦 That is totally dishonest and unfair. Your advertisement is very misleading : I believed the plants 🪴 would arrive in pots ready to be planted and not get racines and bulbs that barely survived the transplant. Very disappointed. I left a negative comment already on FB. Waste of money. Need reimbursement.

I placed an order in good faith. I received it & I wasn't pleased at all. They were so small you had to be so careful opening them as they were all intertwined & it would be very easy to damage them. I've sent them my thoughts requesting them to reply, but so far they've ignored my requests. I would be pleased to reissue this entry once they've answered my request & sent me some decent replacements!

Ordered several colocasia bulbs nothing like the ones advertised that look the size of baseballs in the video and one was rotten so sent a small replacement shame as was looking to order more but not at the size provided

I ordered several plants and the following have died. Phlox - Cleopatra Asrtromeria - Tierce Astrometria-Marguerite Astromeria -Brissac Astromeria - Nicholas Guara - Siskiyou Guara - Linheimer - replacement not growing I am very disappointed with the plants this year - my bulbs are as beautiful as usual but the plants have failed to grow. I would appreciate a refund for the above or replaced with plants in the green - not the very poor specimens I received. Look forward to hearing from you Thanks Mrs Marilyn Davenport
