Hello, Hostas typically take 2-3 years to establish to full size, they are deciduous and naturally die back for winter. If your hostas produced leaves last year, they will grow back this year and should be larger. Hello, Thank you for your review. Dahlia tubers are naturally different shapes and sizes, often a tuber which appears small will still grow into a full-size flowering plant.
