“Dopo l'ordine invernale, visto che il rapporto qualità/prezzo è buona e che alcuni dei bulbi acquistati lo scorso autunno sono già fioriti, ho acquistato altri rizomi estivi. Confezionamento sempre perfetto, spiegazioni chiare anche se in inglese; come consigliato, ho provveduto ad interrare in vaso i rizomi che sembrano freschi e sani, in attesa della primavera. Aspettiamo la fioritura primaverile dei bulbi piantati in autunno e quella estiva di questi appena arrivati! Le premesse sono ottime!”

“Variable quality of root stock, often too small or just bare roots that did not take. Having to request replacement stock too many times, especially for poppies. Not sure about the astrantia stock but also seem to be doubtful. The miscanthus stock just received ( Lady in Red ) is a rather feeble sample. Very small and will take a very long time to establish. Not sure getting value for money when postage is added to the cost. The bulbs do look good but root stock seems rather variable quality.”

“EXCELLENT 1st class service !!!! it was my first time ordering from Farmer Gracy, but it will definitely not be my last. I was VERY impressed with the quality of detail that they presented, the quality of the Begonia corms, superb !! good size, firm and just showing very early signs of growth, so at least I know that each one will grow on, even the packaging was impressive, in a good quality box with detailed growing instructions. I was kept informed of the delivery progress and it arrived on time.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding your dahlia tubers. They can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. If you wish to provide some photographs of the tubers in question, we can then asses them and offer reassurance regarding growth or arrange replacements if necessary.
