“Bulbs appear ok; nicely packaged, but clearly beyond their best date for this year, hence the sale! Couple of things that got my goat:1. My salutation is Mr. and no name (rude) and 2. I got a plethora of emails selling me more on special offer but also giving very confusing messages on delivery times and it seemed a long time from placing my order to getting a message confirming dispatch!! Then the package arrived fairly quickly by EVRI , but was the 4.99 postage really warranted -seems excessive for the weight and nature of the package!!”

“The choice of bulbs and other plants is vast, extremely beautiful, and relatively good value. The shipping can take a little time at busy times of the year, but that is understandable. The daily marketing emails are just distracting.”

“Ordering and delivery all easy and quick. Never used bare roots before so better instructions would have been useful as they were general and not specific to what I purchased. Looking forward to them growing”

“Great selection of plants at good prices. Good communication - I was kept informed about delivery. They arrived early which is a bonus. One small point - the lupins I ordered were supposed to be in 5’s in the packet but there were only 3 in each one ☹️”

“I’ve only just received the bare rooted plants and have potted them up today. They arrived in the post as advised yesterday and look fine and healthy, the roots just starting to bud. The instructions with the plants were clear and helpful. Altogether I’m pleased with the service and communication from Farmer Gracy.”

“I absolutely love the choice that Farmer Gracy have on the website and the bulbs/ roots come beautifully packaged with very precise instructions. I did get in touch about an incorrect order a while back and didn't hear back from customer services but then again I forgot and didn't chase it up, other than that, an excellent customer experience.”
