“Unfortunately two Rhyzomes disintegrated aft soaking for only three hours, but other than those it was excellent service as usual.”

“Arrived well packed in a good amount of soil however I’m seem to have three plants at different stages one looked good it was growing well with a good root system while the second had a little less growth and root system while the third had barely any root system or growth I’m hoping it will recover now I have planted them in temporary pots”

“It’s my first time buying bare root plants. It was a little overwhelming when I opened the box but instructions were good and fingers crossed all will be fine It would have be helpful to give a recommended potting on time”

“The order was in really good condition and it seems everything is getting ready to sprout etc which I am please about. It did take a while to arrive though. One thing I was annoyed at, was that the tax was added at the shopping cart and not within the item price so was a little annoyed to find I had to pay an additions £5+ at the till for tax. Working it out that way, the bare root plants etc were not that much better than buying from say hb or b&m which are usually already growing plants. E.g. I bought a hosta already with 10+ leaves from lidl for £3.99 while I got a bare root with a knobble from farmer Gracy for £4. It’s each to their own really.”
