“I absolutely love the choice that Farmer Gracy have on the website and the bulbs/ roots come beautifully packaged with very precise instructions. I did get in touch about an incorrect order a while back and didn't hear back from customer services but then again I forgot and didn't chase it up, other than that, an excellent customer experience.”

“All bare roots are good quality. The only problem I have is that my Dicentra bare root is just a mass of tubers with no real indication of which way round to plant it. There are no buds or crowns to indicate the right way and on line sources can not suggest the correct way without these indicators. I am concerned that it is currently not correctly planted in its temporary pot so would not buy again”

“All plants were delivered in good order and well packed but some plants when unpacked were so small they were not viable and never showed any signs of life, very disappointing. The others plants did very well.”

“Delivery of my ordered crocosmia corms just a few days after ordering. On a positive note there were 16 instead of the ordered 15. On the other hand, some were very small so may not flower this year. Overall quite pleased with the service.”

“I’ve only just received the bare rooted plants and have potted them up today. They arrived in the post as advised yesterday and look fine and healthy, the roots just starting to bud. The instructions with the plants were clear and helpful. Altogether I’m pleased with the service and communication from Farmer Gracy.”

“Farmer Gracy offers a fantastic range of plants/bulbs that aren’t always available at a garden centre. I will typically order 1 or 2 more bulbs/tubers/bare root plants in case of the occasional failure, as an insurance against being short for summer displays. Sadly, with my last order i experienced more failures than normal. After contacting Farmer Gracy (with photo evidence) these plants were replaced free of charge. One of the replacements was already rotten on receipt which was very disappointing.”

“2nd dispatch has arrived safely. At moment I cannot see many "eyes" on the tubers but have planted in good compost and fingers crossed. Very disappointed that first batch did not arrive, I am very dubious of using Evri as your deliverers! Many tubers have been broken off, I hope the plants have enough to provide necessary energy, especially the Cafe au Lait tubers”

“Well packed, good quality except Alstroemeria tiny and looked a bit sorry for itself (thought I was getting a plant rather than roots), but I have planted it so I hope it will be fine. Previous deliveries have been good too.”
