“Nelle immagini (ottime) dei fiori non vi sono altre info circa la pianta (altezza dimensioni radici ecc) non ho trovato circa le temperature ideali solo sole pieno/mezz'ombra ecc. Poi per ka consegna comunicazioni iniziali di arrivo quando è il periodo di metterle a dimora, nel tempo intermedio nulla. Cioè la spediamo tra 2 mesi o la spediamo tra 1 settimana. Insomma su può far di meglio”

I tempi di spedizione sono stimati perché dipendono dai tempi di raccolta: le piante devono essere raccolte nelle condizioni corrette in modo che arrivino in uno stato vitale e sano. “Not my best experience since I've been a customer. Received my dahlia tubers and out of 3, 2of them look really bad. Contacted customer service and they replied really quickly and arranged a replacement but when those came, they were in the same condition as the first delivered. I'm not sure if it is a stock problem or not. I've potted them up to see if there are any chances of growth as no eyes were visible either. I gave 3 stars only because customer service was quick and helpful”

Hello, Thank you for your review. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. “I've just received another delivery of bulbs and bare root plants and as usual they're very well packaged. They also come with planting instructions that are clearly written. It's very hard to not buy more bulbs and plants. So many very beautiful and unusual items to buy.”

“Very pleased with the condition of the bare roots. Especially the hostas. Lovely long thick roots with a small growing shoot on the crown. Also already potted up are my sedum and anenome bare roots. Very well packed and safely delivered. Was anxious about delivery before our holiday but quick response to my query and arrived in good time. Have used Farmer Gracy before and will buy from them again.”
