“I ordered 5 dahlias, only one of which was a decent size. The one that I really wanted, Kick Off, was so poor and was just a twig! Very disappointing”

“Love it only thing got ate was my butterfly weed probably as I don't use any pesticides and fully wildlife garden but can say I love all my bulbs I buy from you that was my only failure to clarify did grow lovely green leaves used cover plastic container then forgot my bad 🤭”

“I received a Feline Yvonne as a gift yesterday and it was in very poor condition, the slips were not attached to the main corm, it was very dry and no stem at all to help position it in the soil. I have planted it but am not hopeful it will grow”

Hello, Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. If you wish to provide some photographs of the tubers in question, we can then asses them and offer reassurance regarding growth or arrange replacements if necessary. “Farmer Gracy has been extremely helpful. Last year I ordered some red aqueligia but when they flowered they were not red. Farmer Gracy replaced them without question unlike some other companies. Another company demanded photos when we ordered a quite expensive plant in a 2 to 3 litre pot. When that arrived it came in a 1.5 litre pot a much smaller plant than expected. They didn't offer a replacement just a ÂŁ5 voucher. Needles to say we won't be using them again but will definitely use Farmer Gracy”
