“I purchased 6 begonias, only 4 survived and all were treated exactly the same. I have just received 9 delphinium, 3 of which are in a bad way and probably will not survive. It may be your courier or perhaps the quality of plants you supply.”

“whilst the ordering an the delivery process was excellent, on arrival 2 of the 4 dahlia corms had been bashed about a bit and in pieces. i will be putting in a complaint about these, as i feel they will not be successful.”

Hello, We're sorry to hear that there is a discrepancy with this order on arrival. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant.
