“I've been a regular customer for years and always been more than happy with my purchases. However, these unfortunately fell short of my expectations. Tubers were very small and broken apart. I hope that this is a temporary blip?”

Hello, Dahlia tubers are naturally different shapes and sizes, often a tuber which appears small will still grow into a full-size flowering plant. “Ich finde es beschämend, dass man für die Schweiz extrem hohe Versandkosten haben. Kein anderes Versandhaus verlangt soviel. Deutschland, Frankreich, Österreich liegen ja in unmittelbarer Nähe von uns. Die bezahlen für unter 50.- Bestellwert EUR 5.99, und wir sollen EUR 24.99 bezahlen! Das kann es nicht sein! So verzichte ich auf eine Bestellung.”

“Clematis bare root New Love purchased and planted yesterday as instructed. At first I thought I’d been sent a packet of soil so small was the bare root. However it has been planted so will wait to see if it comes up. I must say I’m not confident but I have recorded my concerns here.”
