“I am afraid the dahlia corms i received were of a very poor quality, dry and shrivelled. I have potted them but i am not very confident of a positive result. I must add that this is unusual as previous purchases have been very good.”

Hello, We are sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding the tubers received. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. “I’m very pleased with my order and, as I’m a returning customer, I can say that Farmer Gracy never disappoints. Everything arrived safely, without any damages, in perfect condition, with all the necessary details in each individual bag. I don’t have a photo of my parcel as I was too excited to open it before taking pictures:) I’m looking forward to seeing the blooms and will update my review once I have them. I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful post cards and mini booklets with growing tips related to the plants I ordered. It’s a very nice touch🌺”

“Was totally not what I expected, after waiting 2months for them to arrive I basically got roots with 1inch of plant growth for the money I'm very disappointed”

“Just like to say that mostly the bulbs are very good but it’s seems that every third one seems to be a lot smaller than the others I have already mentioned this previously. As I am very new to gardening and even newer to using bulbs and bare roots it’s quite disconcerting. I would also like more information packed with the bulbs/ bare roots about planting watering etc ( is it normal for the same plants to grow at different times i.e.some quicker than other?) I am now patiently waiting for the plants to germinate fingers crossed”

“Unfortunately some were damaged… the shoots knocked off and two were mouldy. Other bare root plants ordered previously have either rotted or died. So not too happy. Will not use Farmer Gracie again…. Or recommend”

“At the moment, I can only say the products are beautifully packed. I cant rate the quality of the plants yet because they have just been planted. It was an interesting experience buying plants from the internet, however, I enjoy buying plants directly from the nursery.”
