I ordered begonias and dahlias from you. The begonias were great but I was disappointed with the dahlias. I ordered five tubers , three were fine, one had only 2 roots? and the fifth was just bits.

One of the peonies, Buckeye Bell, is small but the second one is so extremely small, not sure it will survive. The 3 roots are 4cm long and all the ends have been cut off. They are joined to the 'tuber' which is only the size of a grape and has one tiny pink bud. It seems to have been has been cut from a larger plant . We doubt if this will flower in five years even if it survives as it is so small. Also it isn't helpful to have the packaging instructions punched out for the hanging hook so they can't be fully read.

I had been away for a few days and I came back to find a parcel from you on the front door step on view for all to see. I don't know how long it had been there but the date on the label was 13th February. I came back to the house on Tuesday 20th February. I had no way of knowing when the Begonias would turn up and I certainly didn't expect them so soon otherwise I would have asked you to send then to another address. As it happens no harm has come to the plants but had I lived in a different sort of area I wouldn't have known they had been delivered if the goods had been stolen and would have been chasing them in a month or two's time. I was very disappointed that your courier saw fit to just leave them and disappointed that I was not informed that the corms were on their way. Regards Sheila M Creech

First Delivery made it. Second delivery was dumped outside a neighbors garage and was not investigated for some days by another neighbour. Package wet and soggy! A lazy delivery driver - house is clearly marked with an instruction to leave in thatched porch - a big clue as to which house Goose Green cottage is!

The bulbs were fine I just find the delivery time was too slow -- I don't know what system you use but carrier pigeons would be quicker.

Ordered bulbs at the beginning of September, received an email on 13th to say they were on their way and a week later still waiting. I have been promised that they will be coming but I am very disappointed with the quality of service received to date. I will not be ordering again.

Well I expected the bulbs to be bigger and plumper. They were tiny, almost crocus size and looked suspiciously like montbretia. I have planted them in enriched soil in a sunny, sheltered border so will see how we go.

Two of the corms supplied were obviously not viable. I sent an email and offered to send photos as proof if necessary. I have had no reply or response whatsoever. This is not what I call service, and I would have expected much better from a firm that advertises itself as a specialist supplier of quality bulbs. I will not buy from you again.

the three dahlia tubers you sent were dry and the tubers were falling off the stems. its hard to tell whether these will be able to grow, They were poorly packaged as they should have some loose material with them to help them avoid drying out like this.

Dear William, We are sorry to hear your review. At Farmer Gracy we wish to send out a perfect product at proper planting times. As indicated on our website we ship our Sping bulbs in February. Due to the cold front coming up we have decided to wait shipping until it will warm up again. This week we will start packing our orders and we will notify you as soon as your order is being dispatched from Holland. In the meantime we have your bulbs stored at proper temperatures in our climate controlled cells. Many thanks for your understaning and we hope you could consider revising your review. Best regards, Hans Rotteveel - Farmer Gracy Team

The bulbs arrived in good time nicely packaged. However, all the bulbs had shot. There was some 2/3 inches of top growth in most cases when I opened the packaging. I think I can do something with them but it might be another season before I get good bulbs.

We would like to note that Saffron bulbs are Autumn blooming Crocus bulbs and it would be completely normal for them to be sprouting upon arrival in November. We cannot control nature in this way, the bulbs will want to be blooming. You can still plant the bulbs for this season and you can expect more flowering, we advise to plant them a.s.a.p. ?As we ship top-size bulbs, next year you can expect many more flowers. We are confident to ship a good product and we are sure you will enjoy these bulbs already this season and especially the next coming years. All the best, Farmer Gracy Flower Bulbs
