The tulips are a good size and in good condition but I am very disappointed in how small the ranunculus and anemones are. I find it difficult to believe the will perform well

Ordered Allium bulbs x 5. 2 of them were less than perfect having been slightly sheared so not whole bulbs. I've planted them anyway so have to see if they are affected by this next spring.

I have not yet received my order #FG46795. I’m therefore unable to comment on the quality of the Amaryllis. I have found Naomi very helpful in trying to assure me that I will eventually receive my order. I am very dissatisfied with your carrier Hermes and unless you can use an alternative I will be very reluctant to place further orders with Farmer Gracy.

Hello,I ordered lillies from you. The Casa Blaca are stunning. Alas my Stargazer lillies are not stargazer. I don't reconise what lilly it is. I'm extremely disappointed as it was a big expense for me & it was a special treat. Also my begonias,which I've had from you previously are a disappointment!

Hi I had asked specifically for yellow tree peony. However, the root bulb that you sent eventually came up in June and produced a single ordinary looking small pink peony. I am disappointed with the product after its glowing description advertised. Unfortunately cannot send photo as the flower is now finished

Pretty disappointed. No where near the quality expected. Colocasia Black Magic - failed. Peony Buckeye Bell - 2 roots a decent size and are growing well, the third was a quarter of the size and has failed. Ranunculus Elegance® Malva - out of 10 only 2 have grown and still not flowered. Gladiolus Espresso - 9 of the 10 looking good, waiting to see flowers. 1 build was badly damaged. Dahlia Chat Noir - a slow starter but fingers crossed. Lily Night Rider - all 6 looked okay, waiting to flower.

bought several different bulbs and gave some to others in the family (so it's not my gardening skills at fault). About a third actually grew across the range so very disappointed. Sparaxis, begonia, elephant ears, astilbe. The site says they are not accountable for lack of crop so will just have to think twice about trying again.

Delivery was fine. All plant material looked healthy and a good size. However, all bulbs took an extremely long time to produce any top growth, no dahlia produced more than one thin shoot, several bulbs haven't germinated still after 4 months, and shoots are sparce. It's hard to believe they will flower this year. I am an experienced gardener and I'm deeply disappointed.

Delivery was OK, Size of bulbs received OK, unfortunately some of what was received was not what I ordered, have no idea what they are!

I received both my orders 10 days after e-mail stating they had been dispatched. Not surprisingly they were in a poor state and it will be interesting to see if they survive. I will not reorder .

I ordered bulbs the order was accepted and first thing I new they were out of stock was when PayPal told me I was getting a refund. No contact from the company to inform me or offer alternatives.

Parcel lost by Hermes and customer services relucant to chase them. Finally resent. 13 iris bulbs diseased - told they may be stunted this year but ok next year. All had long shoots and dried up, told this is normal! One of three lilly bulbs had shoot knocked off in transit. Told it would be ok next year. Doesn't help when you want three flowing in a pot this year. Refund received literally for diseased bulbs and one lilly. Very poor service and really poor quality. Will not be buying again.

Ordered orchid at 10 pound with 5 pound delivery only as big as a sweet pea seed was expecting a plant

I am unable to give you a proper score at the present time as two of the items are unacceptable. The canna lilies both had soaking wet rotted stems which fell apart on opening the plastic bags. The Durban will probably be all right but I would like to return the Wyoming as 2 of the 3 rhizomes are not worth planting. Also, the growing tip on cyrtanthus mackenii Himalayan pink is brown and brittle and the tip is broken off. If you could let me have a post paid label I will return them to you and you can either give me a refund or send me replacement viable specimens.

All of the tulip bulbs I ordered are growing well, but one set seem to be the wrong colour. Also ordered Ranunculus E Viola and E Striato Giallo, in Autumn, followed planting instructions but, as yet, nothing has appeared. Very disappointed.
