Of 3 dahalias bought the “pooh swan island” was really small with very few tuberous sections. Yet it was classed as a top product on the label on the bag. This one was not good value for money. I cannot therefore advertise to friends about this product. What do you say?

the pink ranunculus bulbs were very small 1/3 size of the white ones and one pack was damaged - the 'claws' were broken off 6 of the 10 bulbs

Bulbs arrived promptly and well packed, however one of the three lily Lady Alice bulbs was soft and non viable. I would like a replacement please.

The bulbs still have not arrived. Shipping takes too long. It’s been two and a half weeks since I ordered.

Disappointing products the seeds could have been sent on payment of order Misleading information that they would be supplied as bulbs Will not be using this company again

instead of muscari "mount hood" and hyacinth "Banana plum" which I ordered I have hyacinth "qeen of harlem" and "woodstock"- and I just notice thin now because I started to do spring cleaning.

I made my order and expected a five day delivery but after I completed my order and paid, I received an email to say it would take 10 business days for delivery. Now I won’t receive my order before I leave the uk and will have to wait until January to plant my bulbs in sunny Cyprus

Only going on the appearance of the bulb I can assure you you I am not over confident what they will produce when they are due to flower next year they certainly do not look like bulbs harvested this year one can only live in anticipation

Ranunculus mouldy & some very small. Doubt they will grow. Some allium multibulbosum nigrum marked, one badly damaged and mouldy in parts. Some given to a friend without checking. Tulips in better condition although appear small bulbs. Delivery and packing good, but that won’t make a display next year!

Having paid postage, I expected a swift delivery of the bulbs I had ordered, particularly as they required planting soonest. I had to wait for 2 weeks for them to arrive with no explanation for the delay until I chased it up with the Company.

This is my second year of ordering dahlias, Sadly I was unable to use three of the Mixed Cactus collection tubers due to them being in a damp & decaying condition

The package was sent to the wrong address. When I realized that (through the tracking number I received from the shipping company) I contacted Farmer Gracy and the shipping company and I never received any response from either of them. I'm still waiting for the parcel ...

Ordered three Crinum Powellii bulbs, box arrived with one bulb broken, two inches of growing stem broken off and lying in box !

Purchased Agapanthus bulbs two sets of three bulbs. Delivery and packaging were good but on opening one packet had only roots and no actual bulb in and another had a very small bulb in it. I had intended to plant three of one variety in a pot and three of the other variety in another but have only managed two in each pot. This was my first order and probably will be my last. Very disappointing.
