“Begonia were well packed ,clearly labeled and a good size The Dahlias were well packed but tubers were only average in size with parts broken or loose The outer packing was excellent AELaurie”

“I received three orders of hyacinths over the last few weeks. The size and quality of the middle order was disappointing. Several of the bulbs were not fit to plant. This was disappointing noting all the other bulbs in the various orders I made/ received were of very good quality. Thanks”

“WELL i MISSED THE 30% DISCOUNT ON THE MAIN ORDER THEN ONE TULIP ORDER FOR 200 ONLY CONFIRMED AS 100 SO I REORDERED BUT PAID UNNECESSARY EXTRA DELIVERY. I ADVISED THESE DETAILS AND SUGGESTED ADDED BULBS TO COMPENSATE. THESE WERE NOT INCLUDED. OTHERWISE RECEIVED AS ORDERED. CAN ONLY REPORT FURTHER FOLLOWING FLOWERING IN THE SPRING. Matter now resolved with refund of unnecessary dual delivery charge and phone call in confirmation. many thanks d copeland”
