“I was very pleased to find some Narcissi bulbs on this website that I had been searching for and placed my order very easily. The parcel arrived well packaged and in good time. I had ordered Tulips, crocus 2 types of Iris and 2 types of Narcissi. Unfortunately when I undid the packages inside the Narcissi were of poor quality in fact 13 out of 40 bulbs were mouldy & rotten. The remaining bulbs were in good condition and I was very pleased with them. When I contacted Farmer Gracy about the rotten bulbs they were very apologetic & quickly refunded the ones that were not usable which was ok but I would rather have had the bulbs I think better checking of the bulbs before dispatch in future would be advisable. All things considered I would still buy from this website again.”

“The bulbs arrived slightly damaged. One had most of the roots snapped. I planted them as they were and we shall see what happens in the spring. Hopefully they will all come up. Looking forward to the flowers.”

“First time user. Website excellent. e mail correspondence good. Packaging very good. Ordered a range of bulbs. Slight disappointment that 2 out of 10 mixed Narcissus bulbs were soft and not fit for purpose- hence my score.”

“The web site is excellent and easy to use. The iris danfordie are much too small to flower, very disappointing. Two of the narcissi lemon drops are rotten I dread opening the next packet. I have not looked at the tulips yet.”

“I've ordered from Farmer Gravy before, so i knew how they work. Products and packaging are high quality, delivery was to time too. I pre-ordered autumn bulbs, so Iknew there was a wait involved. Where I find they could improve is in customer information. I screen saved the order confirmation, which was lucky as I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail. Neither did I receive a delivery e-mail when my order was dispatched. The amount owing was deducted about two weeks before I received the order. I will be ordering from them again, but if customer information improved it would increase my customer satisfaction greatly!”

“my begonia tuber orders 9 tubers have failed to germinate or pip this is my first year growing from tubers normally use plugs why should 9 fail when the rest germinated all where given the same treatment and heat any ideas will be welcome william wales uk”

“The bulbs arrived quickly, nicely presented and in good condition. However, the instructions were for a different bulb. There are two types of Arum Lily (Zantedeschia): one which is hardy and happy in wet soil; and the rest which are tender and only like dry soil. The instructions were for the tender sort, leaving me wondering if they are the correct bulbs. I hope they are.”
