I have been ordering from you over the last few years with mixed success but this year after ordering Double Mixed Begonias in April and planting in 14 tubs around the garden, fed and watered as per instructions we do not have any flowers or even buds appearing.the location is fine as we have grown begonias before with great success. Needless to say we are very disappointed and will think hard about ordering from you again.

Ordered Anemone Fullstar and a some pink and some white ranunculus. Despite following preparation and planting instructions and caring for them appropriately, sadly I’ve had no flowers at all. Not one. The anemones never even sprouted and the ranunculus grew but I only got leaves. According to the flowering schedule they should have flowered by now. On a plus size the delivery was on time and they were nicely packaged but disappointing results

deeply disappointing. I bought 32 begonia odorata for hanging basket and tubs. They arrived in February with tiny pink growths and today for the first time, the begining of July I have one flower. They have leafed to about two inches and just stopped. Have ditched almost all of them. Tulips were fine in the Spring.

They can take a few months to grow large and start producing buds, how far they will have developed by now depends on when they were planted. Normally when they have buds on arrival they will thrive. I have been disappointed for a while with your products but had decided to stay true one more season..........I will not be shopping with you any more. You replaced certain items that arrived in shoddy condition, a few were for gifts, and the replacements weren't much better. Thank you for those that did grow but enough is enough.

Only half of my order has grown they don't answer emails and you can't speak to anyone on the phone. Don't use them go with a supplier in the UK I will never buy from them again!

Unfortunately, only one plant has turned white, the other 2 are green/white. & I wanted white ones. I already have green /white.

The fritillary didn't come through. Neither did the oxalis. Foxtail lillies are just overgrown foxgloves in foxglove pink. Very very disappointed. Mary vint

I didn't buy bulbs: I bought bare root perennials and dahlia tubers. Re bare root plants: I bought and planted in pots on 20 April (after soaking in water for 3 hours): 3xAquilegia Barlow, 3xGeum Apricot Pearl, 1xVeronica Rotfuchs, 1xSalvia Pink Beauty--total 9 plants. Of which only 4 have sprouted (1 Aquilegia, 2 Geum, 1 Salvia) as of 18 May. When I inspected the others, they seem to have rotted in the pots. My conclusion: bare root plants are not worth the effort.

Order received 3 bulbs were soft and rotten they had obviously been packed a long time prior despatch and the remaining bulbs were already sprouted at awkward angles. Credit was given for the 3 bulbs . Remaining plants were not up to previous standard. They were ordered when sale discount given but I would not have ordered if I had seen them .

several of my dahlias failed to do anything, potted up in slightly moist compost in greenhouse , several others flourished in same condiitions

Sorry to say not impressed with the quality of the things I ordered. Everything is planted but not confident they will thrive. I hope to be proved wrong. Some were a gift for brother who is a good gardener but sadly he did comment about quality. Not good.

Perhaps a little soon to write a review as so far nothing much has grown - my worry is that that is as good as it's going to get. Beautifully packaged and all individually wrapped - however roots on Agapanthus tend to be a little delicate and so when many were broken on arrival it is perhaps not surprising that there is little sign of growth. I'd hope to see some signs of growth by now

I was attracted by your online presentation and in fact wrote a review to that effect. However I have been disappointed with some of the results. 2 out of 6 geums failed as did 2 out of 6 echinacea. I potted them all up on receipt in exactly the same potting medium and have kept them in the greenhouse. Also I ordered two batches of dahlia tubers, 17 in all and I am still awaiting any sign of life from 4 of them. Despite supposedly careful packing, a lot had tubers which had broken off. Sorry to send this miserable review, but you did ask me! Sabrina
