“I was very pleased with how all my bulbs / bare roots were packed & how they arrived in good time without any damages. However, I ordered 2 x Monarda Fireball bare roots & I received two packages, but when I opened one of them, it only had soil & no bare root. This was very disappointing. Please can you send me a replacement.”

“Received 2 nr dry roots plants. Fortunately not damaged at all but the box was a mess. This has never happened before. I think we have a different evidence driver on that delivery. Plants are fine and planted thankyou ☺”

“I have used Farmer Gracy for many years now . Packaging , presentation and delivery excellent. Over the years great results of quality products. Just received 3 boxes with dahlias and begonias. I have some concerns re the dahlia plants as not to many eyes developed so far . I have potted up in my green house , my usual process, and will see how they develop but some of the plants were smaller than normal and not well developed”

Hello, Some Dahlias can be slow to develop and it's likely at this stage in the season that many will still be completely dormant. “Ordered bare root geraniums. They arrived healthy, safe in their box. I have since planted them in pots waiting for warmer weather. One is shooting already. Ordered more and are awaiting their arrival.”
