i have had very good service from farmer gracy bulbs are all healthy only had one failure have ordered more already

I can’t comment on the bulbs I’ve bought for next Spring but the tulips I bought last year were fabulous. I love the information leaflets that come with the order so I’m trying something Ive not tried before and bought some gorgeous looking Ranunculus. The bulb packaging is great - all natural - so is either used to light the stove or added to the compost.

Experiences have generally been very good, so a bit disappointed this time that the Anemone Chiaro only contained 9 pips, and the Allium Mirasol had half a dozen or so dried up bulbs.

Don't know yet whether they're good as not planted yet but Farmer Gracy usually is and the amaryllis bulbs are almost twice as big as the one I bought in a shop!!

Sadly I did not recieve the last order as yet. It has been ordered from the 28 th of november and no bulbs as yet. In general I am very pleased with the quality. I had one mishap in previous order and that was that my 2 amaryllis bulbs both had fungus.

Made a couple of orders towards the end of the season.All aspects of the purchase were excellent from website navigation,communication and delivery. The only downside was some of the tête-à-tête daffodils were of poor quality hence only 4 stars but otherwise really happy

Deliveries are very slow to arrive but its not the courier but the fulfilment that's the problem. Any order should be dispatched within 48 hours , not weeks. Presumably due to stock being bought in from other suppliers. Very disappointing.

Farmer Gracy was extremely easy to deal with, ordering was easy. Everything arrived well packaged via a very nice courier. All was nicely packaged and labelled within the box. And all has now been planted. Can’t wait to spring!

I think that your company is brilliant, the website is very easy to use, the range you offer is superb. The product is of very good quality and the packaging is very good and clearly labelled. The one thing I am very disappointed with is the delivery service that EVRI promised. It got to the stage that I had to contact the Chief executive officer for EVRI UK to get my latest parcel traced and delivered, his name is Martijn de Lange. I am really sorry to say I want to buy more products from you, however I cannot take the stress of waiting weeks for a parcel that will never arrive,especially when you are having a massive sale. I just wish you could change the courier for a more caring one. The bulbs that did arrive were not in your usual expected condition and I am unsure whether they will flourish. I am 50/50 on this feedback having a positive outcome.
